We want you to be fully satisfied with your Anonymous Copenhagen purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the date of receipt. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original box and pack them securely in a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
